Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose Inspect We Trust instead of hiring an individual inspector?
Every inspector on Inspect We Trust is TREC-licensed, verified before joining, and reports through the same InspectorPro platform — so you get a consistent, standardized experience instead of comparing strangers on your own. See Why Inspect We Trust? for the full picture.
What standards does every Inspect We Trust inspector follow?
Every inspector is TREC-licensed, verified before joining, and reports through InspectorPro using the same documentation standard. See Our Inspection Standards for the full breakdown.
How do I schedule an inspection?
Request a quote through our booking page or the request form on any service page. We'll confirm a time that fits your timeline — including tight option-period windows.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the property's size, age, type, and the services you need. Request a quote and you'll receive a clear price before you book — no hidden fees.
How long does an inspection take?
Most residential inspections take approximately 2–4 hours depending on the size and condition of the property. Commercial inspections vary based on the property type and scope.
When will I receive my report?
Reports are delivered the same day — often within hours of the inspection. You'll receive a digital, photo-documented report you can review on any device and share with your agent.
Do you inspect commercial properties?
Yes. Commercial Inspections cover office buildings, retail, restaurants, warehouses, industrial, multi-family, and investment properties, held to the same reporting standard as our residential work.
Do you inspect new construction homes?
Yes. New construction and phase inspections are available before drywall and at final walkthrough, so issues can be caught before they're sealed behind walls.
What is an 11-month warranty inspection?
A warranty inspection is performed just before your builder's warranty expires — typically around the 11-month mark — to document any issues while they're still the builder's responsibility to fix.
