How long does an inspection take?
Most residential inspections take approximately 2–4 hours depending on the size and condition of the property. Commercial inspections vary based on the property type and scope.
When will I receive my report?
You'll receive a digital, photo-documented report you can review on any device and share with your agent. Timing is confirmed during scheduling for the specific property and inspection scope.
Do you inspect commercial properties?
Yes. Commercial Inspections cover office buildings, retail, restaurants, warehouses, industrial, multi-family, and investment properties, held to the same reporting standard as our residential work.
